For this, we have surrounded ourselves with the best equipment and experienced staff to carry out the development of our projects with the greatest flexibility, efficiency and professionalism, with a personalized service to the needs of our clients, and an advanced management model.

Vality’s activity is aimed at a very demanding industry in the aforementioned area, which is managed under strict quality standards. For this reason, the management of Vality, under its Quality Management System, based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, is firmly committed to complying with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the regulations that affect the services provided.

Management is fully committed to the Quality System. For this, it has an organizational structure, procedures and processes aimed at achieving quality levels that are not limited to a mere control of the services provided, but as a management system that encompasses the entire organization.

The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Vality staff knows the quality policy and the defined objectives and puts them into practice. For this, it manages the distribution of the documents that apply to each level in the different jobs at all levels of the organization. Each worker must therefore assume responsibility for the quality of their own work.

Directorate of Vality will be responsible for providing the necessary means for the adequate development and implementation of the Quality System so that the work is always carried out in accordance with the established methods and that guarantees a continuous improvement of its services and maximum reliability in Your results.

Vality is aware of the continuous change of the needs and expectations of each client as stakeholders of Vality, for this, in order to guarantee the correct development of the projects, it works closely with current and potential clients, offering a satisfactory service that Consolidate our quality standards as a reference company in the sector.

These circumstances of continuous evolution pose challenges, which can only be managed with the change and continuous improvement of the management system and its processes. For this purpose, we are continually defining new objectives in several lines of work within the company and implementing appropriate programs to facilitate their scope.

The approach of ISO 9001: 2015 is based on risk management, the Quality Management System and the functional structure of the company. The risk analysis becomes of paramount importance in the philosophy of this standard. The need arises to identify the risks in order to eliminate them or minimize their consequences through, mainly, the implementation of continuous system improvement processes.
